You can request your certificate only after you have passed your CompTIA exam. Please carefully review the following steps to ensure proper delivery of your certificate. If you do not complete the following procedure, you will not receive your certificate.
1. Please allow 5 business days after you’ve taken your CompTIA exam, then click here and login using your username and password. If this is your first time accessing this Web site, you will need the information contained in your score report to create a username and password.
2. Once you have accessed your certification record, please carefully review your first and last name and all of your demographic information.
- If all the information is correct, please move on to Step 3.
- If your name is not correct, please logout of the Web site and contact CompTIA at questions@comptia.org. DO NOT click the submit key.
- If any other demographics are incorrect, please make the correction to your record and move on to Step 3.
3. Please click the submit button. By clicking the submit button you will be confirming that all your demographic information is correct and authorizing CompTIA to ship your certificate. Once CompTIA has received your authorization, CompTIA will generate your certificate, which you will receive via mail within four to six weeks of having completed this process online.
